On June 30th, 2011, Aspiration ran a training designed to help nonprofits coordinate their online communications and make sense of using different online tools like Facebook, Twitter, and emails.
The training was conversational and featured opportunities to get questions answered about online communications. It was ideal for anyone trying to juggle all the different online tools for their organization and those interested in new tools.
Effective Online Advocacy for Grassroots Organizations July 2011
Aspiration was pleased to be able to run another eAdvocacy Training event, “Effective Online Advocacy for Grassroots Organizations”, which took place on July 7 and 8, 2011 in Los Angeles.
These trainings are generously sponsored by the California Consumer Protection Foundation (CCPF), and provided free of charge to the CCPF network.

ArtSpark Online Media Skills in Albuquerque June 11th
Working with ArtSpark and Creative Albuquerque, Matt facilitated a training around Online Media Skills. Sunny, warm and full of artistic inspiration, the training looked at how artists and arts organizations could put processes around their outreach online.

Berkeley Labor Center 2011 eAdvocacy Trainings
Matt and Misty had a great time working with the UC Berkeley Labor Center on May 25th and May 26th for their Online Media Training Workshop. Talking to groups working across the labor movement, we had some great conversations around setting up organizational infrastructure for communications at your organization.
