Aspiration’s Assistant Director, Heather Carpenter recently started a blog about Nonprofit Management and Operations. Heather has served as Operations Manager, Consultant, Speaker and Trainer to nonprofit organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago for over 5 years. She states “The blog is a learning process for me in how to use a blog and how a blog can be beneficial to my nonprofit. I hope that through this blog, I can help other managers learn more about how to improve the day-to-day operations of their nonprofits and show how blogging can be beneficial to their organizations too.”
