Alexandra Darby, is the Lead for AI and Digital Rights at the Forum of European Muslim and Student Organisations (FEMYSO). Currently, she’s leading a campaign called [A.i]slamophobia, aiming to empower Muslim youth leaders in AI and innovation policy.

Apolline Rolland, a Cybersecurity and Strategic Intelligence Consultant at Forward Global, where she organises Cyber Forum (FIC), Europe's largest cybersecurity conference and its European network of stakeholders.

Fayrouz Eldebani is a political scientist living in Germany and working as a Project Lead for Konnektiv, where she currently tackles the issues of intersectional feminist digital policy as well as just sustainable digital transformation.

Harper Thornhill is a former Online Representative of the Sex Workers Union. She has recently joined the team behind the Sx Tech Festival and the SX Tech Conference 2025. Harper’s goal is to bring the lived experiences of sex workers into meaningful policy discussions.

Yan Cong is Program officer at the Green Screen Coalition and a PhD candidate in researching environmental justice and generative AI. Yan would like to explore ways of using her research and work for shifting existing power structures in policy.
During our first session, we talked about the importance of nurturing networks, including meaningfully engaging impacted communities. We also discussed the importance of addressing power dynamics, and best practices in shifting that power to advance policy outcomes.
Over the next six weeks, we’ll be guiding this remarkable group of emerging policy leaders through key frameworks and strategies in policy leadership.
