After the conclusion of two cohorts for emerging policy leaders, and wrapping up our first practitioner cohort, we are ready to launch the next group of emerging policy leaders, which kicked off 30 April 2024!
During each session, Cohort members have an opportunity to problem-solve, explore, and co-create strategies and approaches to different policy-related challenges designed to enhance their skills, confidence, and knowledge. This includes for instance exploring components of purposeful and resonant policy narratives, how to narrow policy outcomes and build effective strategies to advance them, developing best practices in meeting a policymaker, including refining non-verbal communication, subverting and inverting power dynamics, and fostering long term, meaningful relationships with key actors in the policy ecosystem.
As always, the agenda is co-created with Cohort members, tailored to their needs and goals. Read more about the types of Cohorts we offer, and hear from members of previous Policy Leadership Cohorts here.

Next steps
We have just launched our Spring ‘24 Open Call for a Policy Leadership Cohort! This time, we're particularly interested in those looking to jumpstart their careers in the digital policy ecosystem.
Whether you're new to a policy role or aspiring to enter the digital policy realm, we’d love to hear from you. Fill out an Expression of Interest form by June 16th, and read more about eligibility and the cohort program here.
Please note, priority will be given to members with the strongest potential to impact front-line and marginalised communities disproportionately affected by technology harms.
