We are excited to announce the launch of our second Policy Leadership Cohort!
After the conclusion of our inaugural cohort that kicked off on October 19, 2023, we are ready to welcome a new group of emerging policy leaders. The Policy Leadership Initiative remains committed to designing tailored offerings for policy practitioners at all stages of their journeys, with a special focus on supporting, educating, and empowering diverse voices in digital policy to drive more impactful and equitable policy outcomes.
Based on the response we got during the Open Call, through which we mapped the needs of policy practitioners - including new entrants, as well as those more established - we have designed the Cohorts to be small groups of between 5-7 members, which are co-designed and facilitated in a peer learning setting.
Our second Cohort consists of five emerging leaders who started their journey on 6 December, 2023. We’ll convene 6 sessions designed to acquire and refine policy and policy-related skills including navigating the EU policy maze; centering narrative, building networks, facilitating power, enhancing negotiation techniques and strategy building.
